Partnerships That Matter

Behind every game and every book are people and organizations who believe in the power of real connection. We have chosen to work with partners who share the same vision: time spent together, face to face, is the most valuable investment.

Brand Identity

Wingmate Games & Publishing

We are a publishing house and online store from Romania specializing in collaborative board games and interpersonal strategy books. We work for families who want to turn weekend evenings into moments of authentic connection, for teams who want a team building based on real stories, not competition, and for anyone looking for practical literature on the dynamics of successful social relationships – without pop psychology or simplistic advice. Our tone is friendly, intelligent, and focused on active offline fun.

1

Develops empathy and cooperation

Collaborative games teach children to listen, negotiate, and find solutions together, not to compete against each other. Instead of winning alone, they learn that success belongs to the team.

„Together at the Table” – stories and strategies for all ages
2

Encourages creative thinking

Whether building an imaginary city or solving a puzzle as a team, children train their imagination and ability to find unexpected ways to solve problems, without the pressure of time or competition.

Simple rules, challenges that grow with them
3

Strengthens family relationships

Time spent at the table playing together becomes an investment in relationships. The laughter, discussions, and moments of shared joy create powerful memories and a sense of belonging that lasts long after the game is over.

Weekend evenings that truly matter

Why Wingmate Games & Publishing Exists

We believe that board games and well-written books can restore peace between people more effectively than any app or online course.

Wingmate was born from the conviction that time spent with loved ones or colleagues should be neither superficial nor forced. We wanted to create tools that turn an ordinary evening into a moment of mutual discovery – without screens, without the pressure of performance, just people talking, laughing, and building together.

Our core principle is collaboration over competition. Every game, every card set, and every guide we publish is designed to encourage active listening, amicable negotiation, and empathy. We don't sell simple products; we offer contexts in which relationships naturally strengthen, without needing a psychology specialist or an external facilitator.

The effect we aim for is simple: that after a game session or reading a book, participants feel they have grown closer to each other. That they have discovered something new about their teammate, their child, or their office colleague. We don't promise radical overnight transformations, but small moments of connection that, repeated, become healthy habits.

For children, introducing collaborative games on weekends brings three concrete benefits: it teaches them to negotiate without frustration, develops their ability to listen to others' opinions, and gives them a real reason to put down their phone. No rewards or threats are needed – a well-designed game does all the work by itself.
